[bug-sourceinstall] sourceinstall problem with xpenguins-applet-2.1.1

While trying to install xpenguins-applet-2.1.1 with sourceinstall-gtk
(installed two days ago from the cvs packages). To get this to install
properly I need to run ./configure with the following options:

./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc

So when the screen for ./configure options comes up, I enter these
options in the Directory section, rather than the default /usr/local.
But no luck, it insists on using /usr/local. This problem occurred with
v 0.4 as well. I have had to install without using sourceinstall so as
to get these options.
