Details:

Option parsing should be strenghtened,
as to allow to support as many options as possible, expecially
in the gui, since on the command line it is easier to override badly formed
option strings.

Current CVS contains an attempt in that sense,
adding a new option category "uncategorized", where
options not pertaining to a standard section are classified.
