Minor deficiency in date(1) setting

    There's a minor deficiency in setting the date with this form
of date-setting with date(1):

    % date MMDDhhmm

Between 01:00 and 02:00 at the end of daylight time period, the hour
is ambiguous.  A workaround is to use GMT:

    % env TZ=GMT date ...
