[bug-recutils] recutils GSoC project

Hi.

You showed interest in participating in the GSoC program writing the
python binding for recutils.

In order to proceed please sign in in Melange[1] as students and submit
a proposal to the GNU project.  In the proposal please include the
following information:

- General approach.  If there is more than one way to write python
  bindings please specify which one you will be using and why it is the
  best option.

- An initial mapping between the abstractions exposed in rec.h and the
  python abstractions: how to represent records? fields? record sets?
  the queries?  And why?

At some point I will be evaluating the proposals and select the one
suiting best.
