Hi John.

    I propose this patch.
    
    It rearranges the manual to have fewer, but larger chapters.
    I think it makes for more logical division of subjects.  And
    it  creates a suitable place for the tutorial chapter, which I posted 
earlier.
    It also reduces the page count!

Brilliant.  I applied it some minor changes.

Why do you think it is good to keep the "Conversion Utilities" separated
from the rest?

Instead of having:

* Recutils Expressions:
* Recutils Reference:
* Conversion Utilities:

I would have something like:

Reference Material
* Expressions:
* The Utilities:    

With all the utils as sections of "The Utilities".  What do you think?

    On the down side, it arguably makes some information harder to find. But
    this will be allieviated with a subject index (which I plan to add later).

Yes, we definitely need an index.
