[bug-recutils] recutils pre-release 1.4.91 in alpha.gnu.org

Hi all.

The pre-release recutils-1.4.91.tar.gz is now available at
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/recutils.  The NEWS file in the tarball
contains a list of the changes since 1.4.

This pre-release fixes the build problem present in 1.4.90 when
libcurl-dev is installed in the host.

The planned date for releasing 1.5 is Friday 13 January 2012.
