[bug-recutils] New feature implemented: %typedef

Hi all.

Today I finished the support of named types in recfiles.  It is
documented in the manual in the "Field Types" chapter, which has been
reestructure and mostly rewritten.

Please take a look to the new feature and try it!

This week I will be implementing the new foreign keys system, along with
some new funcionality in recsal that facilitates working with them
(namely joins, grouping and uniq).  Next week will be the turn for the
power-macros, and then I will be releasing 1.4.
