Version: readline 8.1 distributed with bash 5.1.4
Bug: In bash, `bind -m vi -P` does not print that "vi-undo" is bound to "u" and
"\C-_"
Cause: This is probably due to "vi-undo" being absent in funmap.c L59
default_funmap (still absent in devel branch)
