[Bug-readline] 'blink-matching-paren' not working in vi-mode

Hello,

today I was playing around with the options in bash/readline and found,
that the 'blink-matching-paren' option seems only to work when
'editing-mode' is set to 'emacs', but not when it is set to 'vi'.
This seems like a bug to me :)

I'm using Bash 4.2 and Readline 6.2 on Arch Linux. Don't know about the
behaviour in other versions, since it's the first time I tried it.
