[Bug-readline] Readline 5.0.1 does not build from clean

Hi Chet-

I have been trying to build readline
under Windows/MinGW.

readline 5.0.1's configure script does
not complete because doc/Makefile.in is missing.

Substituting the one from 4.3 makes
it work.
