[Bug-readline] Patchlet for building readline on DJGPP

Hi,

I recently went through the exercise of building gdb (based on readline 5.1)
on DJGPP, and I needed the attached patch.

I checked that I still need this on readline 5.2, and I see no patch on
the patches ftp dir fixing these issues.

Could you consider including this in the next readline version?
