[Bug-readline] Request for blackfin support

Hi,

I'm working through a port of CallWeaver to the IP-04 (which is an
embedded uClinux system using a BlackFin processor.)

Unfortunately the current version of readline (5.2) doesn't support the
blackfin processor during configure ... manually hacking config.sub works
fine and readline itself works perfectly.

Could I request that autoconf 2.62 or newer is used to build the next
tarball, that way we'll get blackfin support included without having to
hack anything.
