[Bug-readline] Deadlock on accidental FLUSHO on GNU/Linux

Hi,

version: 5.1-release (it looks as it affects also 5.2, untested)
machine/OS: i386-redhat-linux-gnu

Accidentally c_lflag got set FLUSHO and readline-5.1 got into a locked loop.

Testcase upon request, it would have to be artifically coded.

I do not much understand the original code intention and why it is AIX limited.

This bug is definitely nothing serious, though.
