   Dear maintainer:

I tried to build this package in buster but it failed:

   [...]
    debian/rules build-arch
   dh build-arch
      dh_update_autotools_config -a
      dh_autoreconf -a

           ./configure --build=x86_64-linux-gnu --prefix=/usr

--infodir=\${prefix}/share/info --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var
--disable-silent-rules --libdir=\${prefix}/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
--libexecdir=\${prefix}/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu --runstatedir=/run
--disable-maintainer-mode --disable-dependency-tracking

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(The above is just how the build ends and not necessarily the
   most relevant part)

The build was made in my autobuilder with "dpkg-buildpackage
-B" and it also fails here:

   https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/rcs.html

where you can get a full build log if you need it.

If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please
use reassign and affects, so that this is still visible in
the BTS web page for this package.

Test 810 deals w/ subsecond (i.e., nanosecond) timestamps. The
upcoming 5.10.0 release has proper support for this. Could you
please try to check out from savannah and test that? If there
are problems, i would like to fix them before release.
