Electronically controlled parking gates are everywhere: at home, in the office, in public parking lots. Typically, each parking gate requires a special remote control or key card, which the driver needs to use whenever entering and exiting the parking. Parking lot owners/managers have tremendous overhead in managing their fleet of remote controls and key cards. Furthermore, this technology is exposed to fraud, since the remote controls can be easily duplicated.
If parking gates could be opened using a popular device that exists almost on every household—the cellular phone—we will gain a technology that could be much more secure and easy to manage, and at the same time eliminate the need to use multiple, special-purposed remote controls and key cards.
The synthesis of the "Caller ID" with unique mathematical algorithms for positive authentication is the foundation. After authentication, the user is allowed to perform one or more functions depending on the type of authorization and the services offered.
Parking Security Controller is a comprehensive, secure and cost-effective solution for controlling parking gates using the cellular phone. Adding, removing and suspending members is done easily using a web-based remote configuration software. By harnessing the cellular phone to open parking gates, there is no need to use multiple, special-purposed remote controls and key cards, as the same cellular phone can be used for multiple gates. It’s smart agent technology provides increased security, “soft” remote configuration as well as complete usage logging, which can be used later for billing and clearance purposes.

Entering and exiting the private or public parking lot have never been easier. With Parking Security Controller, all you need to do is dial the gate from your cell phone and the gate opens!
Parking Security Controller uses Caller ID for authenticating and logging the usage of the customer. In private parking lots you can program the agent to allow only authorized cell phones to open the gate. In public parking lots, the caller ID can be used for billing the customer.
Rather than managing a fleet of physical remote controls, Parking Security Controller features an easy way to manage the authorized cell phones from a remote location. Using a web-based configuration tool, the parking lot owner/manager can easily:

Cellular Activated Access Control

Improved Security
The equipment is based on digital Caller ID, a highly secure technology unlike the easy-to-duplicate remote controls in use today.
In order to get access rights the number of the caller must be previously registered in the equipment internal data base. This converts access rights from anonymous to personal.
The equipment has no direct physical access or connection ports and its internal database can be updated only by a secure data call..
With the option of SMS messaging, all activities can be monitored for instant supervision and/or log reports.
Users leave the remote controls in the car which makes life easy for the car thief to get away from the parking place. People take their cellular phones with them.
