allow "make distcheck" to pass once again

With the following two just-pushed patches,
"make distcheck" passes, once again.

        * libparted/architecture.c: Include <config.h>.

        Distribute new file: architecture.h.
        * libparted/Makefile.am (libparted_la_SOURCES): Add architecture.h.
