parted-api.pdf missing?

(I sent a similar message back in August, but nothing has changed.  Help?)

A user reported to webmasters that parted-api.pdf, linked to on
http://www.gnu.org/software/parted/docs.shtml, is missing.
It would be good to link to the doc source too, not just a pdf.

Also, the copyright in the footer should include "2007".  You don't
actually need any prior years, although if you want to list them, that's
fine.
