No. If you are looking for the latest sources then you have to get
them from the GIT repository at
http://git.debian.org/git/parted/parted.git by the following command:
$ git clone http://git.debian.org/git/parted/parted.git parted

Otherwise the released tarballs are available at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/parted
