I think you did not get my point, pvresize would reduce the PV itself
but not the partition(Linux LVM 8e) in which it is contained. BTW I have
already reduced the PV by other workarounds beacause pvresize said,
"command not implemented yet". So the problem still remains how to
reduce linux lvm partition?
I hope you got my point, feel free to email me if you still have not
understood my problem.
