Help resizing my RAID partitions (and boot)

I have 8 raid partitions. md0 thru md7

 

my boot and root is on md0 (along with some others).

 

simply put I need to increase the size of md0 (by decreasing the size of md2).

 

So I guess I need to decrease the size of md2, move md1 up, and then expand md0.

 

HOW DO I DO THIS WITHOUT LOSING DATA??? Is it even possible? If parted won't allow me to do this, how can I do it otherwise? I have only a few 100k free on md0 and I'm getting VERY scared!
