It looks like my floppy was screwed up. I reformatted and now it
works.
For the record, since the floppy gets 0 filled, the md5sum is
different than the image file. Here is what I get:
99a33baad45627cbf9982f1f242a243f /m/phase/home/dac/partboot-1.4.8.img
1194a85f8df665d20b5fa17636aa97f4 /dev/fd0
