GNU Parallel Bug Reports [Bug fix] Fixing hostgroup bug

Hi everyone,

I spotted a problem in reading the hostgroups from a provided file, when a colsep is specified.

The hostgroups can be defined but are not respected.

I forked the code in the public repository https://github.com/kalofoli/parallel and fixed the mentioned bug in the commit 04f35f3e9f6add62fa20b3848ecf385c80b9945b.

I tried to find the man page to edit this as well, but failed so far.

I am sending this mail to this list, in case someone wants to merge this to the repository for the next version.
