[Bug-ocrad] Patches for building with gcc-2.96

I have made some patches so that ocrad can be built using gcc-2.96 which
are available at http://www.df.lth.se/~pi/ocrad.html.

The patches also contain a way to avoid using getopt which is not always 
installed on all systems.

It has been succesfully compiled on the following systems:
i486-linux           gcc version 3.3.4 (Debian 1:3.3.4-3)
i386-pc-solaris2.8   gcc version 3.3
sparc-sun-solaris2.8 gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
i386-freebsd4.9      gcc version 2.95.4 20020320 [FreeBSD]
i386-redhat-linux    gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-113)
sparc-openbsd3.3     gcc version 2.95.3 20010125 (prerelease, propolice)
