[PATCH 07/23] man/curs_termcap.3x: Fix style and markup nits.

Set emacs(1) and jove(1) man page cross references in italics, not bold,
since they are "foreign" pages.

Protect "emacs" from hyphenation, since it is longer than 4 letters and
not an English word.
