[PATCH 07/23] man/curs_termcap.3x: Fix style and markup nits. |

Set emacs(1) and jove(1) man page cross references in italics, not bold,
since they are "foreign" pages.
Protect "emacs" from hyphenation, since it is longer than 4 letters and
not an English word.
