Compiling on cygwin fails

Hi,

on cygwin (3.5.3) and current ncurses (ncurses-6.5-20240615) I get a compile error when 
compiling make_keys.c (after ./configure && make)
(I didn't try older combinations of cygwin/ncurses)

Tracking that down I found that these lines in ncurses_dll.h cause the problem:

When forcing __declspec, e.g.

in ncurses_dll.h and ncurses_dll.h.in, respectively, everything works fine.


Is this a general problem or do I have to investigate further in my environment?
