Hello Thomas,
Currently, the inopts man page lists the nodelay and notimeout
functions as a single item ("nodelay/notimeout"), which seems
to suggest that they are complimentary functions, like the
cbreak/nocbreak, echo/noecho, and raw/noraw pairs. But the
nodelay and notimeout functions appear to control different
things -- the first activating non-blocking input, and the
second making wgetch act as if ESCDELAY is zero -- at least,
that is what I understand from the man page.
So attached patch gives "notimeout" a separate entry.
(It also changes a word to avoid repetition, and removes a
redundant "input" -- wgetch just does input.)
