Request for inclusion of new xterm-kitty terminfo

Hello,

kitty terminal [1] introduced new its own specific terminfo
xterm-kitty. It's available at [2].

I'd like to request of inclusion of this file into terminfo database.
I believe it would be beneficial to make this terminfo widely
available, so in long term it would save many users from compiling
this terminfo each time they ssh to new server.

I got an approval from author (added in CC) and he's willing to help
[3] with this matter. What's the procedure of including new terminfo
definition? I'd like to make this happen, but don't have experience
contributing to ncurses.
