Bug in dialog's textbox with very long files

Hi,

it seems that calculation of the file length/position goes wrong with
very long files like

    dialog --textbox /usr/share/doc/packages/glibc-devel/NEWS 20 70
    Press END -> correct
    Press HOME -> correct
    Repeat PAGEDOWN up to the end

but this is not reached, that is at 100% the last line is not the
end as seen with first END
