Request for new terminfo capability (styled underlines)

Hi,

I'd like to request a pair of new terminfo capabilities, for curly and
double underlines. Something like:

smulc 
smuld

for curly and double underlines. These underline styles are currently
implemented in kitty and VTE and documented here: 
https://github.com/kovidgoyal/kitty/blob/master/protocol-extensions.asciidoc#colored-and-styled-underlines
They are useful in editors to indicate mis-spelled words and/or syntax
and grammar errors.

In addition, it would be nice to have a capability to set and reset the
underline color, something like

setau
resetau
