color behaviour from when init_color created.

Hi Everyone

Quick question.

If I create a new color with init_color, I can get the font bolder but 
the color of the actual text seems to remain the same.

With the built in colors, if we have magenta and use bold, it changes 
the color to pink.

Is it correct behaviour for other created colors, let's say orange, to 
remain the same color but to become thicker when a A_BOLD attribute is 
applied to them?
