I have never heard of such a terminal attribute, though I don't see why you 
couldn't simply output overlined Unicode text--provided the terminal emulator 
and font support it.  I am looking at overlined Unicode text (1̅2̅3̅) in urxvt 
right now (and could probably get the same result from XTerm, if urxvt would 
tell me what font it has fallen back to).
