Update terminfo entries for st (simple terminal) to the latest git versions?

Hi Thomas, 

st's terminfo file has received some updates in the git repo that reflect st's 
support of new unofficial/user-defined extensions provided by tmux (I know you 
hate them, but this is what upstream has done).  

The distros that provide versions of tmux that support the new extensions also 
provide versions of st that support them (the code to support those extensions 
(Tc, Ss, Se)  has been in st since 0.6.x), so there is little risk of an update 
to the terminfo causing a mismatch and compatibility problems.
