We would like to report a vulnerability in NCurses 5.9 library.
The vulnerability allows the attacker to take control on process that use NCurses 5.9 library - local PE from regular user to the user that utilizes the ncurses library.
What is the proper process to report the vulnerability?
Is there another point of contact I should reach out to?
