FYI ncurses 6 has extended mouse support

Hi Everyone

I posted to the list a few times about problems with mouse clicks beyond 
about the 213th column and other list members were having trouble too.

I wanted to post to the list in case someone new is having the same 
issue and for the old posters as well.

Another member posted a private message and told me that ncurses 6 now 
supports beyond this. You need to set this:

TERM to xterm-1006

I changed my bashrc to reflect this.

On a double monitor setup I am setting correct column values up to the 
476th column.

I am so please with this, thanks Thomas and to everyone helping out.
