xfce4-terminal default TERM setting disconnect with the ncurses database

It looks like XFCE's terminal application exports the "xfce4-terminal"  
terminal name to the shell environment, but the ncurses database's entry is  
for "xfce".

Additionally, xfce4-terminal sets COLORTERM; it doesn't look like ncurses  
pays attention to this environment variable, only to TERM.
