Not exactly:

mlterm-256color|mlterm 3.0 with xterm 256-colors,
        use=xterm+256color, use=mlterm,

I based it on the building-block for 256-colors, but otherwise it is mlterm.
Call it a bug report, where someone has to isolate the problem and find a
work around.
