no - now that I'm reminded, I see that I overlooked a detail in the top-level
makefile changes: if you simply do a "make install", it will run the
"install.data" target.
I made a change to allow the ncurses5-config, etc., files to be installed for
configurations where there is no database (MingW), but in my normal builds,
didn't notice this case.
The reason why it's a problem is that both reside in the "misc" directory, so
a default "make install" goes there.
(I'll fix that in the next patch)
