There are so many mix-ups, misunderstandings and messes created because we so often don't communicate well. This affects productivity, morale and behaviour. This programme examines how to recognise communication roadblocks, and to overcome them.

The quality of our relationships at work and at home, is dependant on our ability to communicate well with those around us. This programme shows how.

  • To identify the major communication roadblocks.
  • To work towards practical solutions.
  • To improve relationships through enhanced rapport.


All training is designed to achieve maximum group attention. Fast paced and entertaining, it allows the delegates to take away real practical skills, rather than just theoretical knowledge.

One morning. 8:30 am to 12:00 pm in Gauteng and 09:00 to 12:30 in Durban and Cape Town.

Body language:
  1. What body language is.
  2. How to read it.
  3. How to fake it.
  4. Cultural differences.
  5. The reliability of body language.
  6. Body space and territorial needs.
  7. Voice tone and their meanings.
  8. The body language dictionary
Our ability to communicate well with others, affects us at every level. At work, at home and with the most important people in our lives. This programme examines what prevents us from communicating well, and what can be done to remedy this.
