How did you get the knowledge you have put into temrminfo?
BTW, the current version of Apple Terminal in 1.5 (133) with MacOS 10.4.10,
while the latest version in ncurses 5.6 is v100.1.8 with MacOS 10.3.9,
but it is about to become obsolete real soon now, since the MacOS 1.5
is promised to have Terminal 2.

As to concrete questions: what nsterm variant matches Terminal in utf mode?
