Sorry. I didn't mean to imply that there were double-wide border
lines.
I meant to say that since there are no double-wide border lines, the
fact that wborder_set doesn't support double-width characters is likely
of little practical importance.
I only found this out by abusing text characters as border chars, such
as U+FF0D, U+FF5C, and U+FF0B, which are the full-width hyphen,
vertical bar, and plus sign.
I'm not suggesting it needs changing. I'm just stating this for the
record.
