        + add _nc_leaks_tic() to separate leak-checking of tic library from
          term/ncurses libraries, and thereby eliminate a library dependency.
        + fix test/mk-test.awk to ignore blank lines.
        + correct paths in include/headers, for --srcdir (patch by Miroslav
          Lichvar).
