Autowrapp not working properly?

Hello Thomas,

I'm having the problem that my xterm doesn't do
overwrap on the first line.

I mean, I start writting, and at the end of the line
it starts all over again from the begining of the same
line (it doesn't chuck a newline char), but then, the
second time it reaches the end of line, it does it,
and from there on.

It also behaves really strange when having large
single lines and willing to delete some argument on
it's middle, it renders a line on top of the previous
prompt line, and so on if I continue deleting.

I've been having this with different xterm versions
(216, 221), so I decided to upgrade the whole chain
which is, readline (5.2), bash (3.2), ncurses (last
up-to date realease including
ncurses-5.5-20061014.patch), and still can't get rid
of it.

I've checked it's not for some customizations on my
.Xresources or .Xdefaults, someone told me @ #gnu on
FreeNode to try adding "XTerm*autoWrap: true" to
my .Xdefaults and restarting the server, I've also
tried with some other terminal (I use xterm-256color),
and don't know, I hope you can give me some clues,
cose it's really disturbing.

As I'm writting you, I wanted to ask you if you plan
to
support full-screen xterm:

Maybe you do it already, I don't remember atom name
off-hand.

I always use to patch or hack (the patch doesn't work
with newer xterms anymore) so I can have it, and it's
quite comfortable, you just press alt+enter in this
case (as with putty) and there you go. You can see a
screenshot in here for example:

Kind Regards,
