There are some which I am still reviewing. Of course you're aware that
a few of those files are modified from pdcurses, so it would be incorrect

yes, I should change that. The odd wording predates ncurses 4.2, iirc.
It didn't pop out when I was grep'ing for copyrights a while back.
Many of the files that aren't .c, .cc or .h files are missing notices
too.
hmm "many" sounds like a large fraction. Some are data files, some are
generated. I'll review the ones that aren't data, etc.
