RE: ncurses5.5 depot appears to not include the runtime and shlibs

No doubt that what you say is true.  I have no clue who bundles the
depots and thought I would pass along the facts.  Hoped that someone
like yourself would know who to pass it on to.

I have spent most of the day trying to find the ncurses SHLIBS to
satisfy the Lynx corequisite requirement.  Haven't found it anywhere and
so have not been able to load Lynx on HP 11i until I do.

Don't happen to know where I could find the shared libraries do you?
