Cursor Positions in CDK

For some widgets like SCROLL, SELECT or RADIO in CDK, the cursor is always stuck at the lower right corner of the box. That is not a problem for most people.

But for handicapped people who use screen reader such as JAW, the highlighted item can only be read out properly when the cursor is at the same line. The menu from menu.h is a good example that works well for them.

Is it possible to modify CDK to make the cursor in sync with the highlighted item?
