        + change tracemunch to use strict checking.
        + modify ncurses.c 'p' test to test line-drawing within a pad.
        + implement environment variable NCURSES_NO_UTF8_ACS to support
          miscellaneous terminal emulators which ignore alternate character
          set escape sequences when in UTF-8 mode.
