ncurses-5.4: wrong default for --prefix documented

I got the following on NetBSD/sparc-1.5:

  ./configure --help

says:

  --prefix=PREFIX install architecture-independent files in PREFIX
                          [/usr/local]

But different from both what is documented, and from any other configure
script I've seen, CF_CFG_DEFAULTS changes the default to

        openbsd*|netbsd*|freebsd*|linux*|cygwin*|k*bsd*-gnu)
                prefix=/usr

Please remove this and let the default be /usr/local for _all_
architectures.

TIA
Adrian
