        + adjust -D's to build ncursesw on OpenBSD.
        + modify CF_PROG_EXT to make OS/2 build with EXEEXT.
        + add pecho_wchar().
        + remove <wctype.h> include from lib_slk_wset.c which is not needed (or
          available) on older platforms.
