64 bit version of ncurses for AIX and SUN

Hello,

I am building a cross platform tools with ncurses to be run on AIX 64 bit
and SUN 64 bit as well.  Is there a 64 bit versin of ncurses available for
these platforms?  Or do I need to compile them in 64 bit mode with the
source?
