not automatically.  You can either set a font for your terminal emulator
that happens to have double-lines on the existing slots, or make a custom
terminfo entry with extra items for acsc that you could reference.  That's
assuming you're using the normal 8-bit characters.

With unicode, you can (if the terminal supports it) use any of the
characters that are available.  But in either case, there're no
ACS_xxx or WACS_xxx definitions for the extra characters.
